ポリフェノール自体、体に悪そうだけどな。
ナスの皮は体を冷やすし、体に毒になる成分があるって昔は言われてて
皮は向いたほうが良いとされてたし。（紫色はポリフェノール）

ちなみにナスの灰汁もポリフェノールの一種でほんの10年位前までは水に晒すのが定番だったが、
今はポリフェノールブームのためそのまま晒さずに使いましょう～と急激に広められてる
