震度4で崩壊すると言われていた姉歯物件、追加の耐震工事の有無に関係なく、震度5強でもクラック1つ発生せず、被害が全くなかった。姉歯さんが計算した湊町（二丁目）中央ビルの図面を入手したのでチェックしているんですが、1階平面図の柱と梁の平均せん断応力度が12kg/cm2なんですね。こんなの震度5くらいで壊れるわけがない。それをなぜ、国交省はあんなことを言うのですかね？
